[gnso-irtp-pdp-jun08] Draft final report for review and discussion on next call

Dear All,

In order to facilitate the groups work on finalizing the IRTP Part A PDP 
Report, I have updated the report with new text for chapter 2 (objective and 
next steps), addition of the public comments summary to chapter 6 and addition 
of the public comments to annex D. In this way it can hopefully serve as a 
basis for further discussion and editing by the WG. The draft final report has 
been posted on the wiki for review
