Thanks for intitiating this Marika. Assuming that the WG is in favor of
these two motions and assuming that there is a Council member on the WG,
it would be very helpful if a Council member would make these motions on
the Council email list. If there is not a Council member on the WG, I
would be willing to make the motions on behalf of the WG if you so
desire. Please note that motions need to be made NLT 7 days prior to the
meeting; that would be 17 June; earlier of course is good.

        Dear All,
        
        The GNSO Council had a first exchange of views on the IRTP Part
B Issues Report at its meeting on 28 May. The Council would like to
consider the initiation of a PDP on Part B at its next meeting in Sydney
on 24 June, ideally in combination with a proposed charter for a WG. The
Council has indicated that it would welcome the input of the IRTP Part A
Working Group, especially with regard to a proposed charter for the IRTP
Part B WG. In order to facilitate this process, I have attached a first
draft for your consideration. Please feel free to share your feedback
and comments with the list. Do note that in order for the GNSO Council
to consider this motion, it will need to be submitted at the latest by
Wednesday 17 June.
        
        On a different note, a separate mailing list is being set up for
the IRTP Part B. Could you please confirm to Glen
(gnso.secretariat@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) whether you would like to be added?
