Question--Did the language for IRTP-B Charter Questions originate with
the Transfer Working Group?  Are they open to edits, or must they remain
as written?

 Draft IRTP Part B Charter for review Dear All,
 
 The GNSO Council had a first exchange of views on the IRTP Part B
Issues Report at its meeting on 28 May. The Council would like to
consider the initiation of a PDP on Part B at its next meeting in Sydney
on 24 June, ideally in combination with a proposed charter for a WG. The
Council has indicated that it would welcome the input of the IRTP Part A
Working Group, especially with regard to a proposed charter for the IRTP
Part B WG. In order to facilitate this process, I have attached a first
draft for your consideration. Please feel free to share your feedback
and comments with the list. Do note that in order for the GNSO Council
to consider this motion, it will need to be submitted at the latest by
Wednesday 17 June.
 
 On a different note, a separate mailing list is being set up for the
IRTP Part B. Could you please confirm to Glen
(gnso.secretariat@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) whether you would like to be added?
