Welcome to the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy Part C Working Group!

First official meeting
As it is probably difficult to schedule a meeting prior to the ICANN meeting in 
Dakar, I would like to propose to schedule the first official meeting of the 
IRTP Part C Working Group for Tuesday 8 November at 15.00 UTC. This would be 
continuing on the schedule also used by the IRTP Part A and Part B WG, and as 
there are many ex-Part A/B members, I'm hoping this time/day continues to work 
for most of you. If not, please let me know and we can consider alternatives.

Unofficial 'get to know each other' meeting
As some of you might be aware, an IRTP Update is scheduled for the ICANN 
meeting in Dakar on Thursday 27 October from 10.00 - 11.30 local time (see 
http://dakar42.icann.org/node/27007). Part of this meeting will also be 
dedicated to provide an overview of the issues to be discussed as part of IRTP 
Part C and hopefully attract additional volunteers. For those of you in Dakar, 
it might be a good opportunity to get to know each other by attending this 
meeting.

As requested by Glen, please provide a statement of interest by going to the 
SOI Wiki site that is located at:

 if you have not done so yet. You will need to use your Confluence Login ID and 
Password to access this space within the Wiki site. If you are a new Confluence 
user these will be provided to you. If you have already been given a Confluence 
Login ID and Password but cannot locate them please let us know.
