Subject: [gnso-irtpc] Commitment to Participate
Team:
Now that our work plan is finalized, I am sending the previously
discussed "Commitment to Participate" for your review. If you support
this concept, please reply to the group mailing list with your
agreement.
Of course, ICANN is a volunteer-driven organization, so keeping this
Commitment is on the Honor System. But think of this as a promise that
IRTP-C members are making to one other (and to themselves) to keep us on
topic and on schedule for Toronto!
Thank you--
J.

To ensure that the IRTP-C PDP Working Group successfully achieves its
very aggressive work schedule, while upholding the highest quality of
its recommendations, I commit to:
* Attend weekly IRTP-C meetings and teleconferences, wherever possible,
and
* Join any issue-specific sub-teams (if applicable), and
* Respond to questions, surveys and consensus calls posted to the
IRTP-C Mailing List
>>> OR <<<
* I am monitoring this working group in an effort to stay informed, and
do not plan to actively participate
