Dear All,
Following yesterday's IRTP Part C WG meeting, please find below the main

With best regards,

Action items – IRTP Part C WG Meeting 14 February 2012
* Public Comment Review Tool: Review latest version of public comment review
tool (see https://community.icann.org/display/gnsoirtppdpwg/Next+Meeting) –
deadline Friday 17 February (All)
* Data Gathering Sub-Team: The WG decided to create a sub team that would be
dedicated to gather further data and information in relation to charter
question B and C. This data gathering effort should focus on 'further input or
data in relation to the incidence of this issue to determine its scope and the
most appropriate way to address it' in relation to charter question B and C and
' specific information as to where proprietary IDs are currently being used by
registries and whether the use of IANA IDs instead would be preferred /
beneficial' in relation to charter question C. Based on the data / information
gathered by the sub-team, the WG will review whether new / additional sub-teams
need to be created or the task of the existing sub-team needs to be enhanced.
At this stage it is expected that most of the information / data will come from
registries / registrars. Volunteers to date are James Bladel, Jonathan
Tenenbaum, Roy Dykes and Simonetta Batteiger. If you are interested in joining
this sub-team, please express your interest on the mailing list. (All)
* Issue Report: Review the IRTP Part C Final Issue Report in relation to
Charter Question A (see pages 13-17 -
http://gnso.icann.org/issues/issue-report-irtp-c-29aug11-en.pdf)
* Ideal Process for Charter Question A – As one of the tasks as outlined in
the WG approach is to develop an outline of what the ideal process for a change
of control should look like, some members of the WG have volunteered to take a
stab at preparing a first outline of how such a process could look. A first,
very initial draft, might be available for the next meeting. If there are any
other volunteers, in addition to Mikey, James, Simonetta and Michele, please
share your interest with the mailing list. (All)
