4. Ideal Process for 'Change of Control' Subteam - Update (sub–team: James,
Michele, Mikey, Simonetta)
5. Data Gathering Subteam – Update (Bob Mountain)
6. Continue deliberations on Charter Question A, taking into account agreed
upon approach (see

for latest version of work plan), incl. updates from Matt and Simonetta on
preferred ccTLD processes
