review the proposed presentation for the IRTP Part C Workshop at the ICANN
Meeting in Prague. The open issues that I gathered from the report are the

registrant?</li><li>Should it be a stand-alone policy, part of the IRTP or
hybrid solution?</li><li>Any unforeseen impacts of the proposed
