Dear All,

Following the exchanges on the mailing list yesterday, please find attached an 
updated the charter including the edits proposed by Konstantinos. If there are 
any substantial issues that warrant keeping the conference call that is 
scheduled for later today (19.30 UTC), please share those with the mailing list 
prior to 18.00 UTC. If no objections are raised by that time, the meeting will 
be cancelled. Any other edits, comments and/or questions can be shared with the 
mailing list until Friday 2 March, with the objective to submit the final 
charter and motion to the GNSO Council on Monday 5 March.
