Dear All,

Please note that the public comment forum has now been closed and the report
of public comments posted (see
www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/locking-domain-name-15mar13-en.htm).
Only one additional comment was received during the reply period from
MarkMonitor, supporting the comments submitted by FICPI. All the other
comments were already recorded in the public comment review tool, which the
WG has been using to review and address the comments received.
