Dear All,

Following our meeting yesterday, please find attached the updated draft
Final Report. This version incorporates the edits discussed in relation to
section 6 (now section 7), as well as the flow charts which have been
incorporated as Annex E.

Please share any comments / edits / questions you may have with the mailing
list at the latest by Monday 1 July at 18.00 UTC. Based on the feedback
received, we'll decide then whether to go ahead with the call on Tuesday 2
July at 14.00 UTC. If no further substantive comments are received, I'll
produce a 'final' version of the report which will then be circulated for a
consensus call.
