WG Members,

 

This is a reminder to please complete the Doodle poll for the first WG
meeting.  See the links in the thread below.

 

The two most selected times are:

16 Oct- 14:00 UTC [7 responses]

15 Oct- 15:00 UTC [6 responses]

 

Four of the thirteen members have yet to respond.  I will close the poll on
4 Oct @23:59.

 

Two of our members reside in the APAC region and the two proposed times will
not be suitable for them.  As this group evolves from drafting the charter
to the actual Working Group, we will consider alternating meeting times to
accommodate all participants.

Hi All,

 

Please find below two polls in preparation for this DT/WG.  The first is the
poll already started to determine our first meeting.  Presently, the best
scheduled time looks to be 14:00 UTC on Wednesday 16 October.  If you have
not yet responded to this poll, please do so.

 

The second poll is to determine if members will be travelling to Buenos
Aires for the ICANN meeting in November.  It is difficult to know whether we
will need a face to face meeting there or not, but I have reserved a slot
for Thursday.  It is a great opportunity for everyone to meet, but if have
already completed the charter or have very few members travel to the
meeting, it is much easier to cancel the session.  Please let me know if you
intend to travel.
