Dear Work Team Members,

Here are the action items and a brief summary of the discussion from the 13
May meeting.  Please let me know if you have questions or comments.  These
also are posted on the wiki at:
https://st.icann.org/icann-osc/index.cgi?osc_communications_team.
Additionally, the MP3 is posted on the wiki and I will notify you when the
transcript is available.  The next meeting will be held on 27 May 2007.

Meeting Action Items:



Task 1 & 2 Sub Team -- Web site requirements & document management (Steve,
Chris, and Ken):
1. Next meeting Wednesday, 20 May 2009
2. Ken will work on the requirements recommendations.
3. Steve and Chris will become more familiar with the capabilities of Drupal
to prepare for prototyping.



Task 3 -- Soliciting meaningful feedback (Helen and Zbynek):
1. Helen and Zbynek will schedule a meeting to begin discussions on
recommendations.
2. Rob Hoggarth is arranging a meeting with relevant ICANN staff to discuss
current translation procedures.


Task 4 -- Improve Coordination with ICANN Structures (Mason): Continuing
development of recommendations.

13 May Meeting Discussion Summary:

--The Work team discussed tasks 1 and 2 and agreed that Ken would take the
lead on the requirements while Steve and Chris would become familiar with
the capabilities of Drupal in order to prepare for prototyping.  The sub
team members agreed to try to meet the 27 May deadline.
--On task 3, Julie Hedlund noted that Rob Hoggarth is helping to arrange a
meeting next week between Christina Rodriquez on the ICANN staff, Helen, and
Zbynek to discuss current translation procedures.
--Mason said he was working on task 4 and hoped to meet the 27 May deadline.
