Dear Mason,

 

Sitting here in Sydney is occurs to me that we should perhaps pick up
communication at 'Meetings' in some way.

 

I am thinking about meeting etiquette but there may be other issues.

 

An outsider or a newbie would not know that the meeting are open or closed. 

Whether to sit at the table and microphone or whether to sit at the back.

Members coming in late are not always introduced. Especially the well known
members.
