Mason and CCT Members:

 

Attached is a new CLEAN draft of Report II-Communications and
Coordination following our teleconference on 25 February 2010.  

 

I went back and listened to the MP3 recording and did my best to draft
those sections where we had identified issues/comments.   To refresh
everyone's recollection, following are the sections that have now been
modified: 

 

Section 2.2 - SO/AC examples

Section 3.6  - Civility problem statement

Section 4.1 (e) - Localization recommendation

Section 4.5 - Added "Readability Statistics" suggestion -- thanks to
Scott for the paragraph!  

Section 4.8 - WG Charters recommendation

Section 4.9 - Civility recommendations (link to Standards of Behavior
and I found a Board Resolution that fits here)  

Section 5.0 - Last paragraph reworded to strengthen recommendation to
review progress


Please review the above material in particular and, if you have time, it
wouldn't hurt to go over the entire document.   

 

I updated the Table of Contents to be sure that the headings and page
numbers are correct. 

 

Mason - do you want to forward on to the OSC at this stage or provide a
bit of time for another quick read/review by team members?
