Dear Work Team Members;
Pursuant to Olga's request during today's meeting, set forth below please find
several links to background information regarding existing GNSO constituencies
that you may all find useful.
GNSO Improvements Information Page - Constituency Renewal Process (includes
links to all the reconfirmation filings submitted by existing GNSO
constituencies. Most include current constituency charters)
http://gnso.icann.org/en/improvements/renewal-process-en.htm
ICANN Public Comment Forum - GNSO Constituency Renewals 2009 (includes links to
constituency filings as well as public/community comments regarding
constituency practices and operations)
http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/#gnso-constituency-renewals
Constituency Survey Report - (includes community responses to a variety of
topics specifically related to constituency operations in the context of the
GNSO Improvements process)

GNSO Improvements Information Page - Council Organization - New Constituency
Process (includes links to new constituency proposals)
http://gnso.icann.org/en/improvements/newco-process-en.htm
GNSO Improvements Information Page - Operations Steering Committee (background
and documents)
http://gnso.icann.org/en/improvements/osc-en.htm
Links to specific constituency web pages can be found on the GNSO Home Page
http://gnso.icann.org/ The links can be located by scrolling down to the
bottom of the left navigation bar
As I mentioned during today's call, at the direction of the Board, the policy
staff will be conducting informal discussions with the current constituencies
about their existing charters and identifying areas of potential modifications
consistent with the GNSO Improvements process and the GNSO Council
restructuring. We will work to share documents related to that process with
the team when they become available.
Best regards,
Rob Hoggarth
