Sorry about that.  My email was behaving strangely so I tried to send it
a different way.  Apparently that didn't work either.  I've since
rebooted and I think things are back to normal so I just resent it.  Let
me know if it works better this time.

Thanks Krista.  I accepted it but the recurrence did not occur and the
option for changing it to a recurring meeting was not available.  Did I
do something wrong?

        Here is a recurring meeting maker for your Outlook Calendars.
If you open the calendar item, click open, and click Accept in the top
left corner.  This should add the recurring meeting to your Outlook
calendar.  You can also copy and paste the number for your country in
the "Location" line if you want to properly represent the number you
will be calling.
