Dear Work Team Members,

I hope this email finds you well.

In relation to what was agreed during our last conference call and some
other exchange of information during this week please remember to:

1- Let us know your oppinion in the Doodle poll related with procedures for
informing our working group about Board activities and other news. If you
did not participate please do so at:

2- Also remember that we agreed in a due date 12 june (today) for recieveing
*Identification of Best & Bad Practices:* Subtask leaders and their team
members should identify best practices as well as bad practices, as they
relate to their subtasks, using as a starting point the preliminary analysis
of constituency/stakeholder charters, but also information on constituency
web pages, and directly from constituencies.

Our next meeting will be held during the ICANN meeting in Sydney *on Sunday,
21 June 2009 at 1515-1645 (0515-0645 UTC).

*Remote participation will be allowed and dialing information will be
provided by staff soon.
