Thank you very much. Best regards and have a nice weekend. Julie Action Items: 1. Documents/Call with Zahid: Julie will send relevant documents to Zahid and set up a call with him. (Scheduled for 11 August, 1400 UTC.) 2. Project Plans: --Task 1, Subtask 1: SS is finalizing a document and will send it to the Work Team. --Task 1, Subtask 2: Victoria will incorporate information received from Claudio and circulate a draft document to the Work Team. --Task 1, Subtask 3: Olga will assist Krista in arranging a call with an NCUC representative. Krista will send Olga the latest email exchange. --Task 1, Subtask 4: Constituency Toolkit: Julie and Chuck will provide recommendations. 3. Identification of Best & Bad Practices: Victoria will revise the combined constituency analysis document with input from Claudio and Chuck and circulate it to the Work Team. The latest version is attached in both Word and .pdf format. Julie also agreed to revise the stakeholder group charter analysis document to reflect the recently approved charters. 4. Task 2: Develop a global outreach program to broaden participation in current constituencies: Julie will include on the wiki additional bullet points from the Kick-Off meeting presentation at Mexico City, as follows: --Reach all current members of the ICANN community and potential members, particularly non-English speakers --Develop global outreach programs aimed at increasing participation Attachment:
