[gnso-osc-ops] RE: Agenda for initial meeting
All, I meant to include this attachment for your review as well. Remote participants will particularly find this useful to follow along on the call. Ray p.s. Many thanks to Rob and Julie for their efforts putting these materials together to get us started. Both will be at our kick-off meeting for additional support. _____ From: Ray Fassett [mailto:ray@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, February 26, 2009 4:31 PM To: 'gnso-osc-ops@xxxxxxxxx' Subject: Agenda for initial meeting Here are my thoughts on a refined agenda for our Sunday meeting (Monday morning for Joop calling in from New Zealand): * Introductions * Review and discuss Charter * Identify skill sets/select team leaders * Establish procedures to finalize the Charter * Establish go forward time & meeting/call frequency * Discuss scope, goals, and begin to formulate tasks My approach to this is 1) Who are the members? 2) Why are we formed? 3) What are our tasks? 4) What is the timeline? Obviously, we are not going to have the Charter completed from our initial 1.5 hr meeting. So my 2 primary aways from the meeting to accomplish would be "Establish procedures to finalize the Charter" and "Establish go forward time & meeting/call frequency". If anyone has other input, please feel free. If there are any other remote participants in addition to Joop, please let me know.
