[gnso-osc-ops] RE: Spam's link to carbon footprint

Dear all, 

 

Not to belabor the point, but Philip (see link below) has flagged EXACTLY
the type of ?horizon issue? that I was recommending the Council address
going forward (GOT Recommendation #4, Ensuring Suitable and Well-Supported
Issues Analysis Process), i.e. the new GNSO policy council would establish a
standing committee to study this issue, to bring facts to the community, to
consider options to redress?.

 

I thought this might help clarify that particular point.
