Team, as you know we have a call today, April 23, set for 15:00 UTC.  This

At this link, you will find the summary document of Ron?s original ideas as
this pertains to separation of duties that I requested Julie to prepare.  We
should decide today if this document is ready for broader distribution,
including as Wolf mentioned to the OSC.  Let?s dedicate the first half hour
or so to this discussion.

 

Secondly, I did want to spend some time today on the SOI/DOI subject matter.
But before we move into this topic today, we need to get our hands around
whether our charter ? in present form ? is what we feel comfortable with.
The OSC would like this feedback from us.  Here is the link to our Work Team

I have an open question from Eric pertaining to my previous comment that the
BGC re-affirmed its commitment to the ICANN constituency model.  I would ask
