Julie, assuming no other edits, is this the document I am to send to Dan
Halleron for input before sending to the OSC as a work team deliverable?
Or, can you refresh my memory, am I to send to the OSC members this document
as a deliverable while also explaining it has been sent to Dan Halleron for
staff review?

SOI/DOI policy.  Attached is a revised version incorporating their changes.
