Ray, As promised, here is the revised GNSO Council Operating Procedures. They include references to the ICANN Bylaws and suggested language for consideration. I have highlighted in yellow the sections the Work Team needs to consider. Also attached is the latest version of the amended Bylaws, as posted for Public Comment on Monday, 03 August. I waited to revise the procedures until the latest Bylaws version was released. Please let me know if you have questions. Thank you.
