Ken and Tony,

I apologize for any confusion.  My email was incorrect and should have stated 
1600 UTC.  However, subsequent emails from Ray and Gisella noted that the 
meeting had been changed to 1500 UTC.

We discussed in this meeting how to avoid this confusion in future.

Note that next week's meeting will take place at 1600 UTC, the regularly 
scheduled time, and Gisella will send an email reminder tomorrow.
