Apologies to all; unfortunately I have to be in Europe Dec 1-3, so my
flights/connections only get me in to Cartagena at 10:10 a.m. on Sunday
morning, which means that I will miss the OSC meeting.  I look forward to

Dear Philip, OSC members, and interested members of the CSG and GCOT Work
Teams,

The OSC meeting at the ICANN meeting in Cartagena will be held on Sunday, 05
December, from 9:00 to 10:00 am local time (1400 UTC/0900 EST/0600 PST) in
the Barahona 2 room.  The agenda is provided below.   I have attached the
relevant documents for discussion.  Those documents for which suggested
modifications have been provided (outreach recommendations and Section 5),
are attached in redline and clean versions.  There may be further suggested
changes from GNSO Councilors relating to the GNSO Operating Procedures.  If
so, I will forward them to you.  Please let me know if you have any
questions or changes to the agenda.  Meeting information and documents also
are posted to the OSC wiki at:
