Go to the link for the wiki on the agenda

osc).  Note the Incoming Links on the upper right; there is a link for
each of three work teams that will have the draft charter prepared by
the Planning Team.  I believe Rob is going to update each of those
before our meeting but I haven't seen anything yet on that; it may be in
my inbox now because I have just now going through it.
