I was just comment on the issues. The working group model may be
a point to be stressed as to improve communication among AC/SO. I am
copying everybody here.

Vanda,
Are you suggesting that we make recommendations to the CCT along
these lines? If so, it would be helpful if you communicated your
suggested recommendations to the full OSC list.
Chuck

Concerning Final Report
Hi Chuk
Ken's document looks to have touched all comments among
us.
Communications among AC/SO as well as Board /GNSO are
key points . Board also needs to review its way to communicate with
constituencies and a model defined by the GNSO may help to define a new
standard for board use. ( the problems are almost the same in all AC/CO:
need of direct communication/ meaningful and timely responses - may be
not with the GAC since they have more time and their communication/
demands are already formal and feedback we may say is always timely
provided)
A view from outside : before the working groups
organization inside GNSO in other to implement reviews, the
communication between GNSO and ALAC may be considered almost inexistent.
Nowadays however, it is not only diverse in number of participants as
have been meaningful at least for ALAC, but I guess also for GNSO.
Working groups model , as we area working now, looks to
be the best interaction alternative we have to keep AC/SO working
together. Keeping the groups working dealing with several issues, with
defined time to delivery the task looks as the best recommendation we
may have to continuously improve AC/SO interaction, contributing also to
improve tolerance..
Best.

Final Report
Not seeing any volunteers for the OSC memberships, I
asked Ken Bour to prepare a draft response to the CCT WT's final
recommendations document. Ken attempted to incorporate the comments
communicated on this list as best as possible; some were easier that
others.
Please review and comment on this document with the goal
of finalizing it for sending it to the CCT. If you approve it, please
state so. If possible, I would like to finish this task NLT than seven
days from today, 25 Nov 09.
Thanks, Chuck
