Or is anyone willing to nominate someone to do it.  

I am wondering about our trend to only ask people to volunteer for these 
leadership roles.  there may be people who would be good at it, but who are 
either a bit shy about volunteering or who need their arms twisted a little bit 
by the fact that a group wants them to do the job.
