It would be very helpful if all OSC members would review this and
discuss it on this list prior to the OSC meeting on Sunday, 7 March in
Nairobi.  It may be that we could approve it and forward it to the
Council after that meeting.
 
Philip/Ron - This should be specifically added to the agenda.

        Dear OSC Members:

         

        I am pleased to report that, after receiving the OSC's feedback
regarding the original CCT report submitted on 31 October 2009, we have
succeeded in addressing the feedback and suggestions offered.  We
accepted the OSC's recommendation to bifurcate the original report into
two sections.  Attached to this email is Report I-Technology
Recommendations, which I hope the OSC will approve and forward to the
GNSO Council.  Report II, which will contain additional Communications
and Coordination Recommendations, is still under development and will be
submitted at a later date.  My hope is that we will complete this final
report by the end of March 2010.
