For OSC comment and adoption - deadline 3 February

 

Attached on behalf of the Constituency & Stakeholder Group Operations  (CSG)
Work Team are revised recommendations to develop a global outreach program.
The revisions are based on the discussion at the OSC meeting in Cartagena
and have been reviewed by the Work Team.   

The report splits the proposed programmes into a more general and larger
section aimed at the public, and  one aimed at those who may wish to form a
new constituency.
