        I think the draft looks great.

         

        I have three items I'd like to comment on:

        1.       Charter Approval Date

        2.       Section II, Objective 5, Goals section:  I think if the
changes are accepted now, the T in translation will be dropped

        3.       Limit on number of participants in the OTF
