I would like to schedule a call to review any comments we’ve received on the 
draft Charter.  The deadline for getting comments is next Monday the 10th.  I 
would like to suggest a call on Friday, 15 October at 1300 UTC/0900 EDT.  
Please let me know if that will work for you (it’s the time we were using for 
previous calls).
