Hi Olga,

Since we are meeting on the 14th I think we may find that we don’t need the 
Dakar meeting.  It was just to discuss input received on the Charter and next 
steps, which is really what we are doing next week anyway.  We didn’t have many 
options for times — really only the Saturday time didn’t have conflicts — so I 
put us in the slot just in case we needed it.

Please note that I will arrive to Dakar on Sunday 23 as I must attend another 
meeting in Colombia. During our call we can discuss the purpose of this meeting 
and who can chair it.
