Please find below my answers to the statement of Interest questions. I
have been on the mailing list since inception, but I plan to participate
more directly now, so I thought it a good idea I finally get it in.
Rob.
1. Current vocation, employer and position
CEO, Momentous.ca Corp.
2. Type of work performed in 1 above
You're kidding, right ?
3. Identify any financial ownership or senior
management/leadership interest in registries, registrars or other firms
that are interested parties in ICANN policy or any entity with which
ICANN has a transaction, contract, or other arrangement
Wow, what an amazingly poorly worded question. I would assume all
companies that have a domain name are interested (or should be) in the
ICANN policy process as it would effect them and their domain. In the
interest of keeping it brief, I have listed below some of the main
companies that I either own shares in, sit on the Board of, or am an
officer of:
Coca-Cola
Verisign
Royal Bank of Canada
Momentous.ca Corp.
Tucows
Volleyball Canada
Additionally, Momentous.ca is an investor in a number of ICANN
accredited Registrars and Pool.com.
4. Identify any type of commercial interest in ICANN GNSO policy
development outcomes. Are you representing other parties?
Again, an badly worded question. I represent myself in all capacities,
and please refer to # 3
5. Describe any arrangements or agreements between you and any
other group, constituency or person(s) regarding your nomination or
selection as a work team member.
I have no arrangements between any group, constituency or person
regarding my being requested to sit on this working group.
