Yes it is a good example and this is something that can be replicated to
make it easy for Registrants to understand the complex Registration
agreements with Registrars. The Registrants need to know their rights to
transfer domain names, need to know what happens to the domain when the
renewal deadline is missed and need to know that it will cost a lot more to
recover the domain name once the grace period is also missed.

The simplified version of the contractual obligations could be drafted by
ICANN or by at-Large as a summary of common conditions and this version can
be a uniform version for use by all Registrars with the full contract
somewhere on the same page.
