Alan I can report back that the RySG is in support of the proposed grace
period that James put forward (we really need a name for it!) provided the
period is at least 10 days versus the currently proposed 5. As for RGP as a
consensus policy, I am drafting a statement on what the RySG would support -
specifically, what exceptions we feel would have to be clearly stated for
existing and special case future registries.

Alan I will work on confirming the RySG tagged items, right now these are
ideas discussed but the group hasn't formerly assessed consensus.

Last week we made amazing progress. I committed to incorporating our
outcomes into the proposal matrix, which unfortunately did not get done
before tonight. I have put in the consensus state based on the call and
identified issues raised. Items highlighted in yellow were either deferred
or require additional discussion.
I am again going to suggest that we table discussion on the number of days
pending resolution of the other issues.
Proposed Agenda
1. Roll Call / Updates = to SOI/DOI
2. Cartagena meeting (overall schedule -
http://cartagena39.icann.org/full-schedule)
3. Continued discussion on proposed recommendations.
4. Next meeting
Alan
