Dear All,

In an effort to facilitate the discussion, I've created a new table at the 
beginning of the document (see attached) that provides a (clean) overview of 
the latest language of the recommendations and their status based on the 
feedback and discussion on the mailing list. According to this overview, the 
following recommendations remain open for discussion:

 *   Recommendation # 4
 *   Recommendation #5
 *   Recommendation #6
 *   Recommendation # 14, 14 a and 14 b (old number 15, 15 a and 15b)
 *   Recommendation #15 (old number 16)

Please review these items and provide your feedback on the mailing list, if you 
have not done so yet. Also, if you identify any items that should not be listed 
as 'agreement', please share your comments / proposed edits with the mailing 
list ahead of tomorrow's meeting.
