Our tentative F2F meeting in Durban is scheduled for Thursday 18 July from
7.30 - 9.00 (see https://durban47.icann.org/node/39819). However, if the
DT meets the 7 July deadline, we would go ahead and cancel that meeting.
[Chuck Gomes] This makes sense to me.

There is also an update foreseen to the GNSO Council on Saturday 13 July
from 11.00 - 11.30, but again, if the DT meets the deadline, the item may
just get discussed under 'discussion of motions' and there may not be a
need for a formal update as the DT will have concluded its work.
[Chuck Gomes] It might be useful to have this session in case the Council or 
other GNSO participants at the meeting have questions of the DT.
