their own wiki

  Avri Doria:or people do it in google drive and them inport it, becasue other 
people are squemish about wikis

  Avri Doria:my gneral practice is to have several editors (those who 
volunteer) and others use comments.

the Adobe toolbar and followig instructions from there on

is who is and should be the highest ICANN body  in charge of reviewing and take 
a final decision if and when there is disagrement  if an isssue is policy or 
implementation...
