The Registry SG submitted the document linked below in response to draft terms 
of reference (TOR) for the policy development process (PDP) to guide 
contractual conditions for existing generic top level domains.  It includes a 
discussion of the "picket fence" that Bertrand referenced in our meeting 
yesterday.
