Thank you very much Marika. Made four edits and provided a comment for each
one so that it is easy to identify the changes I made compared to the other
redlined changes.

Subject: [gnso-policyimpl-wg] For your review - updated PI Working
Principles

Dear All,

Please find attached the revised working principles document taking into
account the edits made during yesterday's meeting. In addition to those
changes, two possible additional principles were suggested for
consideration:

* Should a principle be added specifying that gTLD policy development
should not take place outside the GNSO?
* Should a principle be added that specifies that if the Board / Staff
accept a GNSO policy, but elect an implementation that differs from what the
GNSO intended, then the ICANN Board or Staff are obligated to provide a
rationale to the GNSO before proceeding?

If you have any further comments and/or edits, please feel free to share
those with the list ahead of the next meeting which has been scheduled for
Wednesday 12 March at 21.00 UTC.

Best regards,

Marika
