Dear All,

Please find attached for your review and consideration a first draft of the 
Policy & Implementation WG Initial Recommendations Report. Note that the 
executive summary will be completed once the other sections of the report have 
been finalised. Also note that some areas that may need further consideration 
have been highlighted in yellow -in certain cases a proposed way forward has 
been suggested for review by the WG.

You are encouraged to share any comments, edits and/or questions you may have 
by 6 January at the latest so that these can be the focus of the next meeting 
of the Policy & Implementation Working Group which has been scheduled for 
Wednesday 7 January at 20.00 UTC. As a reminder, the publication deadline for 
the ICANN meeting in Singapore is Monday 19 January 2015.
