  1.  Roll Call / SOI
  2.  Review comment 12.5, including IPC feedback concerning proposed solution
  3.  Review estimated timelines (see attached)
  4.  Review draft Final Report, including staff comments (see attached)
  5.  Confirm next steps / next meeting
