Thank you very much Marika.  My feedback is provided below. I think all of my 
suggestions are minor editorial changes.

Section 1.2
The link to the review tool is dated 29 April.  Shouldn't this be linked to a 
later version of the review tool?  We didn't finish reviewing comments until 
well into May.

Annex D - Proposed GNSO Guidance Process Manual
I think it would be helpful if footnote 31 in Section 9 of the Manual was 
modified as follows: "Approval of GGP recommendations requires a GNSO 
Supermajority vote as defined in the GNSO Operating procedures and/or ICANN 
Bylaws."  If this is done here, it should be done in other cases where a GNSO 
Supermajority  vote is referenced.

Annex E - Proposed GNSO Guidance Process Bylaw Provision
The first paragraph of Section 3 includes two references to the Bylaws by 
simply stating the Articles.  Should we proceed each reference with 'Bylaws' to 
make it clear or is it sufficiently clear without doing that.  If we make those 
changes here, we should do it in other places in the report where this occurs, 
if any.  I am comfortable leaving this to staff's discretion.

ANNEX L - Implementation Review Team Principles & Guidelines
The following edits are needed in V.G: "IRT deliberations should not be used as 
a tool to reopen a previously explored policy issue only because a constituency 
or stakeholder group was not satisfied with the outcome of a previously held 
process on the same policy issue, unless the circumstances have changed and/or 
new information is available."

ANNEX L - WG Membership and Participation

*         I think this should be ANNEX M.

*         I think we should delete the names of those who did not attend any 
meetings but if others think they should remain I am okay with that.

*         Am I correct in assuming that the # of meetings attended will be 
inserted after we have the final tally?

It looks to me that all of the edits proposed over the last few weeks were 
appropriately made.

As discussed during yesterday's meeting, please find attached the revised draft 
of the Policy & Implementation Final Report for your review. To faciliate your 
review, I've included both a clean and redline version. If there are any 
remaining issues that need to be discussed by the WG, please flag those by 
Tuesday 26 May at 14.00 UTC at the latest. Based on the feedback received, the 
chairs will decide whether a call is needed on Wednesday 27 May, or whether the 
WG can proceed to a consensus call which will be carried out via email.
