Hello everyone
I have a conflicting Nominating Committee call today and I doubt that I'll be able to make the meeting.
From my perspective, could we please focus on agreeing what the written output of the group's work is going to be? I would really like to see something like a PDP Guidebook produced that has all the information in it that any participant in a PDP process would want to use. This would be an online document (and most likely a paper one too) that enabled any to initiate a PDP process electronically.
It would incorporate the bylaws, the GNSO rules of procedure, an introduction to each of the new stakeholder groups and other ACs and SOs and THEN it would set out very clearly how to run a PDP, where and how people participate and the requirements for each section. That's the bit that I've roughly drafted.
I hope to make the call but if I don't I'm happy to volunteer to continue drafting.
