Very good point on nomenclature by Jeff regarding confusion on the two meanings
of the term PDP (the general process AND the development phase of it).
As a contribution on that point, I would suggest (following our discussions in
Mexico) the following terminology :
GNSO POLICY PROCESS
The gNSO Policy Process has stages :
1. Initiation
2. Recommendation Development
3. Adoption of Recommendation
4. Implementation
5. Compliance monitoring
6. Evaluation.
Just preliminary suggestion to be revised
