Dear All,

In order to facilitate the submission of your feedback and input for stage II - 
'GNSO Council Review of the Issues Report and Initiation of the Policy 
Development Process', please complete the following survey. Please note that 
this survey will serve as a basis, in combination with the WT notes and 
discussions, to record the opinion of the WT on the issues raised in this stage 
as well as the recommended changes to the policy development process. It is 
therefore important that you participate and state your views.
