Dear All,

An updated version of the draft recommendations for stage I has been posted on 
the wiki (https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc/index.cgi?pdp_team). The only 
difference with the previous version is that the by-law language has been 
updated to reflect the changes that were recently adopted by the board. As 
discussed on the last call, please share your comments and suggestions by 24 
September, so that these can be discussed at the next meeting of the PDP-WT.

In addition, a first draft of Stage III has been posted on the wiki. Please 
review the 'issue to be addressed' and 'concerns/questions' sections to see if 
there is anything missing.
