Dear Glen,

Thank you for this audio file.

My reason for doing so was because I severally requested to comment on
the agenda discussion on staff and documents to the Board considering that
my constituency's archives have a lot on this topic.

Although I could hear everyone, unfortunately, I could not be heard. I
therefore downloaded and replayed the file and indeed my "may I comment"
(and my final goodbye at the end of the call) were not recorded.

Could staff investigate if there was a problem with the system to assure
that it does not affect another Work Team  member on a conference call in
future?
